With 287 database migrations, 109 entity models, 50+ service classes, and 80+ controllers, this is a full-scale enterprise system.

The Challenge

Fleet operators needed a unified platform to track hundreds of vehicles in real-time across multiple cities, with instant alerts for geofence violations, speeding, fuel theft, and maintenance scheduling — all while supporting diverse GPS hardware from different manufacturers.

Our Solution

We engineered a multi-tenant, real-time tracking platform with a dual-database architecture — one for application logic and one for GPS data processing via Traccar integration. The system uses Socket.io and Redis pub/sub for live position updates, supports 200+ GPS protocols, and includes comprehensive geofencing with polygon, circle, and route-based boundaries.
